Small Groups Wednesdays Nights

  • Small Groups are the backbone of MVC. This is where fellowship and strong connections are made.  As we are slowly ending for 2025, our last day for small groups is Wednesday, November 19.  We encourage all small groups to participate in a fellowship meal together.  So, hosts and leaders, please get with your small groups this week and plan to close out a great year!

 

  • Cartersville Zoom Group only – This zoom group is available for anyone who cannot physically attend a regular small group.

Looking Ahead to December

Save the Date – MVC Christmas Mingle Jingle Event  
Saturday, December 13, 2025, | 5:00-9:00pm Family Life Center/Due West Methodist
Join us for a festive evening filled with:

  • Christmas Dessert Bar
  • Hot Chocolate & Coffee Bar
  • Games
  • Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest
  • Stocking Stuffer Social

This year, instead of our traditional Christmas dinner, we’ll enjoy a Christmas Dessert Bar and Hot Chocolate/ Coffee Bar, Games and our infamous annual Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest! Alongside the fun, we’ll be hosting at the end Stocking Stuffer Social!

MVC will be purchasing stockings to bless the children we minister to monthly at the Kennesaw In-Town Suites through our Community Outreach. This is MVC’s version of Operation Christmas Child—but local! And …. We will hand out Stockings on December 14, and you can have the opportunity to help give out the stockings in person and see the joy on the children’s faces.

The Donation box is now available and at the back of the sanctuary for your items.  Here are the opportunities: Ages 0-4/ 4 boys & 1 girl, Ages 5-11/ 3 girls & 5 boys, Ages 12-16/ 2 girls & 1 boy for a total of 16 Stockings and Kelly has flyers with this information.

We will mix and sort all items and fill stockings for our Stocking Stuff Social as last event of the night. Also, MVC will provide cards so that you can write a note with your name and from Marietta Vineyard Church. If we have extras come in we will donate to Table on Delk.
