Save the Date – MVC Christmas Mingle Jingle Event 
Saturday, December 13, 2025, | 5:00-9:00pm Family Life Center/Due West Methodist
Join us for a festive evening filled with:

  • Christmas Dessert Bar
  • Hot Chocolate & Coffee Bar
  • Games
  • Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest
  • Stocking Stuffer Social 

The Christmas Dessert Bar – We invite YOU to bring your most family favorite homemade holiday desserts to share with everyone.  It wouldn’t be the same without everyone’s special touch and extra sweetness! So, Bring your Best Goodie Desserts!
The Hot Chocolate and Coffee Bar – will be provided by Marietta Vineyard Church. Hot Chocolate Bar will have traditional hot chocolate along with some fun additions to elevate your Hot Chocolate. We will also provide coffee pods along with elevated fancy creamers…that said, if you have favorite coffee pods for a Keurig, you are welcome to bring and share.
We will have some fun games for Adults and Children if you’re in it to win it in a minute! 😊
And as always, our Annual MVC Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest is back – just waiting for you to take home the Win! We had a serious number of creative sweaters and costumes last year…Let’s see who takes home the win this year!
Alongside the fun, we’ll be hosting at the end Stocking Stuffer Social!
MVC has purchased stockings to bless the children we minister to monthly at the Kennesaw In-Town Suites through our Community Outreach. This is MVC’s version of Operation Christmas Child—but local! And …. We will hand out Stockings on December 14, and you can have the opportunity to help give out the stockings in person and see the joy on the children’s faces.
This Sunday, December 7 will be the LAST DAY for the DONATION BOX. So, if you’ve put it off or you forgot…DON’T FORGET this coming Sunday will be the last day for all your donations for the stocking stuffer social.
Ages 0-4/ 4 boys & 1 girl
Ages 5-11/ 3 girls & 5 boys
Ages 12-16/ 2 girls & 1 boy
For a total of 16 Stockings.  We will mix and sort all items and fill stockings for our Stocking Stuff Social as last event of the night. Also, MVC will provide cards so that you can write a note with your name and from Marietta Vineyard Church. If we have extras we will donate to Table on Delk.

Community Outreach

  • Will be Sunday, December 14 at 4pm.  This is when we will hand out the stockings.
  • If you would like to participate in this event, please contact Kelly.

Carols, Communion, Candlelight Christmas Eve Service

  • Will be held Christmas Eve, December 24 at 7:00 pm.
  • This is a great time to invite family, friends and neighbors to hear the Gospel and participate in an intimate setting.
  • This Sunday, Dec. 7, we will hand out invitations.
